Located in the heart of Breda next to the monument Achter De Lange Stallen, Space for Young Creatives uses the site at the fullest: murals become a part of the story. Arranged in three zones, residential blocks provide housing as well as workspaces, while encouraging interaction. Buildings carry the names of artists, too, alluding to its appearance: Mondrian, Kandinsky, Picasso and Malevich peacefully coexist on the site (formerly known as Mols parking).

A redevelopment of Molsparking is needed to create a lively and connected environment in the city center of Breda. Our goal and vision of the project is to create a green, connected & complete urban living environment. The project needs to have a low carbon footprint by becoming climate neutral before 2030. Besides that, we want to create a complete and easily accessible living package, everything you need available within a short walking distance. Lastly, by introducing our green loop concept the new site is more connected with the already present urban environment.
